Based in New York, The Financial House of the World, the Managing Partners of VRP have advised and completed approximately $2.5 Billion in financing for projects and business ranging from Real Estate to Oil and Gas Industry.

2018

VRP working along side their client in expanding their business, introduced and advised the client on securing $20,000,000 USD Credit Facility for their operations.

VRP while only recently ventured into Commodities market in 2016 secured a $20,000,000 USD debt financing for their client in Brazil.

VRP while working along side with partners in the Aerospace Industry help secure a $30,000,000 USD financing for an Airline Design Manufacturer.

2017

VRP successfully negotiated and Secured a fully committed Loan Agreement for $15,000,000 for their client to expand their operations.

VRP was approached by a Private Mortgage group to help one of their clients to secure a $18,000,000 Second Mortgage to help with the expansion of his Real Estate project.

2016

VRP while helping their clients secure a loan for their fleet expansion also secured their client a short terms $1,000,000 Bridge Financing to help with day to day operations.

VRP helped their client secure a $30,000,000 Debt and Equity financing for their Hydro Project in the United States.

VRP while expanding their operations into Canada Secured a $15,000,000 Equity for a client in the Renewable Energy Sector.
